Tips: We used a sprayer to paint the tiles and molding. Then we followed that with a small paint roller after we put them up. I recommend caulking before the second paint rolling. The caulking gives the project a finished look.

Describe Your Project: We have needed a kitchen remodel for over 20 years. We live in a house that was built in 1917. It has beautiful hardwood and 10 foot ceilings. Our plaster was cracked and falling so we decided to use ceiling tiles instead of paint. We were intrigued with the thought of the styrofoam tiles in their light weight and style. We ordered samples and were impressed with them. We opted to order the white tiles because we couldn't decide on a color. After we purchased them, we opted for a light grey semi-gloss. We then sprayed the tiles and the molding. After we put them up, we noticed some lighter spots where the spray didnt cover towards the bottom of the tiles so we opted to roll them as well. The second coat brought them a finished look.

Would You Recommend This Project To A Friend And Why?: We have recommended it. It is relatively easy to do and the finished product looks exceptional.

How Was Your Experience With Our Company And Why?: Shipping was problematic until they figured everything out, so it too about two weeks total to get our order. However, the company was very responsive to my inquiries and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I would order from this company again despite the problems.
