"I used the Laurel Wreath antique brass 24" x 24" faux tin tiles as ornamental medallions on three peak areas on my newly sided home.They look like original wood carvings. Neighbors and other passersby stop and stare. Less than a week before the installation, my telephone call to Decorative Ceiling Tiles was answered by Able, who was infinitely patient with me as I agonized over which design and color I should choose---it had to be an "in-stock" item and I was also trying to match it with two other designs that were to be installed on each side of the Laurel Wreath. He spent at least an hour helping me make a good choice. The items were shipped immediately and arrived in perfect condition. The items are so detailed and beautiful that people are aghast when I disclose the inexpensive cost. This company's customer service as well as their product is extraordinary. What a great experience! "
