"I purchased ceiling tiles and a few months later ordered custom painted crown molding to match. Unfortunately, the crown I received didn’t match because DC Tiles sent me a different finish. They offered to repaint the crown, but because of time constraints, I asked for a credit for the custom painting process and said that I would repaint them myself. Instead of crediting me for just the painting, DC Tiles credited me for the entire crown molding order. The company told me what kind of paint to use and I painted them myself, which was so easy. Not many companies offer such great customer service! The ceiling tiles and crown molding look amazing!"
