“We recently bought a condo and while we love almost everything about it, I did not love the popcorn ceilings that it came with. We wanted to hire someone to remove the popcorn ceiling, but because of the age of the condo, it was possible that it was asbestos and would cost over $3,000 to abate and remove. As luck should have it, I came across these styrofoam ceiling tiles and then showed the installation instruction video to my husband. We decided to order a sample of the Satin White painted tile and see whether or not we liked them. We were impressed with how easy it was to put up and ordered more. Installation is a breeze and is made even easier with a second set of hands. The tiles are easy to cut with regular scissors, so apart from the adhesive and caulking gun, no special tools are required. Everyone who has seen our new ceiling is super impressed with the results and we are too. “
