"House was built in late 6o's with the living room ceiling popcorn. It had been patched in places and painted over a few times. Bought the tiles and found that installing them was easy."
Tips: I ran a bead of adhesive around the outside edge to help secure the panels. Clean off as much loose popcorn ceiling as you can.

"We have a 1917 Craftsman home, that had some severely inappropriate updates over the years. Popcorn ceiling most definitely had to go. Instead of removing it, which is a massive project, we covered it with gorgeous nail-up aluminum ceiling tiles. We could not be happier with the results. Add a sliding glass door where one should be, remove a wall to the kitchen, some amazing flooring, and voilá, a stunning and fun entertaining dining room is born again."
Tips: I cut out a dime size hole in a heavy duty piece of plastic, so when we hammered the nails in if we missed the nail the hammer wouldn't dent the aluminum. Worked like a charm!

"We needed to do something with the ceiling in my husband’s man cave. The original tile were installed in the 50’s and they looked it. We wanted something easy to install right over top of them and these were perfect!"
Tips: We decided to alternate the tile going different directions. We love the look. We hadn’t seen it done that way in other pictures. Also, my husband found it easier to cut the tile with scissors rather than a knife.
