"Light weight and easy to handle. Glued up fine. A few tiles were slightly bent on on corner from shipping, but wasn't a problem, used them as ones we had to trim anyway. Was a little disappointed that as you rubbed the surfaces to get a good stick, if you rubbed too hard the color was actually rubbing off. Not so bad that it came off completely, but didn't expect that. There were a few tiles that where the raised part of the design, I guess rubbed against the underside of the tile on top (because they are all stacked neatly in a bundle) that the color was completely rubbed off. Not large enough that it made a difference once you get it up... I would have to look real hard to find those now. I really like all the options of design and color. Would have initially liked to see selection in person, but it seems not even the big box stores carry these types of ceiling tiles. I would purchase from the company again. "

"Product was great, just what we were looking for to complete our project. Should have paid attention to depth of faux tin tile ordered. The one measurement we did not take into account. However, things worked out and ceiling looks great. Tiles were damaged when they were ill packaged and sent from India. Took forever to hear from company and agree on a resolution. They need to work on their communication. Overall, satisfied and might order from in future."
Tips: needed only half the glue tubes recommended.

"Glued faux ceiling tiles to existing acoustic ceiling tiles and glued up styrofoam crown moulding. This saved a lot of work by not having to remove existing ceiling tiles."
Tips: Work from center of room out to walls. This will ensure end cuts at opposite walls are the same. Let glue get tacky before putting up panel. I used a flat floor mop (the kind used with laminate floor cleaner) to press panel against ceiling.
