"While the tiles are very cool we were disappointed in the construction. The package says 20 x 20 but they are actually 19.75 x 19.75. They also don’t seem to be very accurate in the squareness as well. We have installed them but I am actually having to put a bead of painters caulk in some of the areas to fill in because the tiles don’t match up to each other. It seems strange that since these come off of the same machine that they are not more accurate in size. We do like the way that they look in the room but just disappointed in the the construction."

"My project consisted of installing the Styrofoam ceiling panels in my Entryway. The pattern used in this area was Sunflowers, #R136. I chose the Copper Patina color for this entryway because I felt it would add to the style of my decor. In this partiuclar area I have various antique pieces that are 'farm' or 'outdoor' related hanging on the walls. What I love most about this pattern is the way the light reflects onto the ceiling - especially in different angles. The color reflects the copper tone or the patina in the different angles. I am so pleased with this pattern - I just love it!"
Tips: My celing light fixture is not center of the room, but I wanted to center the pattern around the light fixture, so I adjusted accordingly. Because this is my entryway, I used the partial panels along the doorway with the mindset of knowing that a person would not look directly up when entering the room. Overall the partial panels do not stand out in my opinion because of the continous pattern.

"Although it was not easy, measuring, cutting, caulking between all of the tiles, cutting and putting up crown molding, and painting the tiles; it was much easier then trying to remove our old popcorn ceiling, or replace the ceiling and the finished look is very dramatic and beautiful. We are very pleased."
