"Our ceiling in the living room had water damage at sometime before we purchased the house. They did a poor job repairing the plaster. So we decided to go with the ceiling tiles! Everyone who see’s them thinks there tin! I’ve never had so many compliments on a diy project!. Two of my friends have put them up already! One in a bathroom and another a den!. Excellent! Fast shipping, well packaged. My friend who did her ceiling preordered her tiles because they were out of them at that moment. She received them way before they were supposed to come!"
Tips: After you get your tiles up caulk in between them gives a nice finished look. I used paintable silicone. It also helps secure the tiles too.

"Redoing whole house. House built in 1850. Plans to do all our ceilings with Decorative ceiling tiles!. I would recommend this project. Its fun and easy, and incredibly gratifying. So goodbye to boring drywall. This company is the best, they have the best customer service and sell quality ceiling tiles."
Tips: I used contact cement, and let the glue tack dry for 5 minutes before putting up. Have some help at ground level to make sure you are putting them on straight, and cut them with metal sheers!

"My wife wanted to do away with the popcorn ceiling in the dining room of our 114 year old home. These tiles were much less mess and made the room much more beautiful and match the period design, so much so that old home rehab nerds think they’re original to the house. We’ve had the tiles for 2 1/2 years and they haven’t budged. The number of compliments we’ve received made the few hours of painting and gluing the tiles well worth it. Great, no issues!"

" We removed popcorn ceilings and continued the paint from the wall up the ceiling and added these antique copper ceiling tiles. They were a huge hit for our media room. They are gorgeous and really make a statement for not much money. Wish shipping turn around was quicker but overall had a great experience."
Tips: But the glue recommended and it doesn’t need as much as you think. We had 162sqft to cover, I purchased 10 glue tubes and have six left over.

Tips: Use clear caulk that starts out a different colour when wet. Make it easy to see. Also, if ceiling is not smooth, fill imperfections. Lastly, use a very sharp blade and change often for best results.

"We are renovating an old funeral home built originally in 1905. This space is over 1,000 square feet and took several days to complete. Our original order had been unpainted tiles which we painted ourselves. From now on we will order the pre-painted just to save on time!
