They arrived in a great condition and while it seemed a scary project to do ourselves, with some videos and testing we put the ceiling tiles up over our old popcorn ceiling and it is just stunning! Tips: Easy to glue, but also easy to damage once up - especially if you don't have a very tall ceiling - be careful with them. However, it was easy to take one down and replace the entire tile that we had bumped and damaged.
