"Completed the ceiling with glue up tiles and then surrounded it with vaulted crown molding. It looks great and the product is easy to work with. However, the project was difficult getting the ceiling started in the exact center and square. Corner cuts on the molding were challenging. Hard working overhead by myself. Pay a professional to install.Great!" Tips: My ceiling was reverse vaulted so I didn't think I could use the corner pieces. I cut and filled them myself. Used a razor blade to trim the corner to an exact fit. - Scott Schnitzspahn

"Created a coffered ceiling with paint grade poplar 1x's, baseboard and crown molding to create an intricate area to install and set off the faux copper tiles inside each coffer. Together with dimmable 4" can lights, it creates an excellent atmosphere for the bedroom.Highly recommend as a great alternative to real copper to dress a ceiling up."
Tips: Get color matched paint to your tile, to either pre-paint the ceiling or paint where the tile seams lay together. And tile mastic works great as an alternative to tube adhesives.

"I wanted to make a faux headboard that looks antique. After scouring through all kinds of materials, I came upon the Decorative Ceiling Tiles website. Just the look I wanted! And cost much less than other projects I looked at!"
Tips: I simply purchased six 20x20 inch tiles for my queen size bed and mounted them directly to the wall with decorative brass tacks. Easy Peasey!!!

"Foam Molding was installed using Instant Grab water-based adhesive a few inches below the ceiling line. Painted the molding semi-gloss white. The reflective tape was then placed on the back of the molding. The strip lights were installed after the molding."
Tips: Measured around the room, pencil marks on the wall, to make it even. Needed 2 people to get it straight and hold it in place for a minute. Before installing, paint and stick reflective tape on styrofoam. After installation dries, stick-on strip lights. Hid the hole behind the styrofoam to finish wiring for lights. Work on the molding in the room you are going to install it in because it is fragile to be moving around.
