"In my small bathroom, I wanted to create a unique and somewhat retro look. I used a more subtle Line Art glue-up ceiling tile to cover the old ceiling (house was built in 1932) and for a really stand-out border, I used the Spanish Sliver patterned tile. "Our main bathroom is where we installed the tiles and we absolutely love our tiles. We were happy with how easy they were to install and watched the video a few times. We painted them afterward with a roller & the tiles held the paint quite well. I would like to go one step further and put up a "corner round" for a more finished look. We would need a few miter cuts and my husband is not in love with that idea. However, he has been showing off our projects & recommending them to some friends that are remodeling. The most difficult and time-consuming thing was getting the tiles under the shower pipes connected to the ceiling and the clawfoot tub. It's a fragile peace. We absolutely love the tiles! "I purchased ceiling tiles and a few months later ordered custom painted crown molding to match. Unfortunately, the crown I received didn’t match because DC Tiles sent me a different finish. They offered to repaint the crown, but because of time constraints, I asked for a credit for the custom painting process and said that I would repaint them myself. Instead of crediting me for just the painting, DC Tiles credited me for the entire crown molding order. The company told me what kind of paint to use and I painted them myself, which was so easy.
