"We had layers on layers if paint over plaster. There were chips and indentations when the paint would peel."
Tips: This was so easy! My 80 year old mother glued and cut tiles while I places them on the ceiling. Caulking and painting was easy to do on these tiles. Just follow the directions and you can't make a mistake.
