"Rather than pulling down plain quarter round molding I simply installed the molding over the old crown molding."
Tips: I got prepainted molding which made it easier and I think protected the molding from dents better when being delivered and when installing

"We have a ballroom (similar to a parlor) with high ceilings and all windows in our 1910 Victorian house. We had an antique brass chandelier that we wanted in the center with the antique brass decorative ceiling tiles to complement it. We love how it turned out!!"
